Menninger 360 for Adolescents

Then Menninger 360 for Adolescents may be what you're looking for.

Menninger 360 for Adolescents offers support and treatment all within the comfort of your own home. You can think of it as a "hospital without walls" — right where your child needs it, whether at home or even in your community.

This private program for assertive community treatment (PACT) is the first in the nation to help adolescents 12 and older and their families.

The program's multidisciplinary team includes a full-time psychiatrist, social workers, licensed professional counselors, nurses and academic support professionals. Together, they customize treatment and support to meet clients' needs in developing and practicing skills to manage mental health concerns and achieve goals.

The program includes:

• Individual therapy (with specializations in trauma, phase of life challenges, mood regulation, self-harm, non-suicidal self-injury)
• Social engagement and social skills development
• Recovery services (substance use as well as process addictions like gaming, Internet use, etc.)
• Robust family therapy and parent coaching
• Academic support (tutoring as well as navigating school systems)
• Wellness (sleep, nutrition, physical activity)
• Eating disorder support (therapy, meal support)
• Experiential therapies (creative art therapy, drama therapy, animal-assisted therapy, play therapy)

Levels of Service

• Tier 4: provides up to 30 hours per week
• Tier 3: up to 20 hours per week
• Tier 2: up to 15 hours per week
• Tier 1: up to 10 hours per week
• Maintenance Tier: up to 5 hours per week

Service Area

Menninger 360 for Adolescents currently serves families in Houston. Families outside of Houston but within the Houston metropolitan area will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
