Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP is designed to provide full-time and part-time employees as well as their dependents with professional, cost-effective assistance in resolving difficult personal problems. Individual, voluntary involvement in the EAP is confidential.

Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Life insurance is available for full-time employees. The Menninger Clinic provides full-time employees basic life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance at two times their annual salary. Employees can elect additional optional life insurance as well as AD&D coverage for themselves, their spouse and child(ren).

Disability Insurance
Disability insurance is available to all full-time employees at The Menninger Clinic. Employees can elect optional long-term disability insurance in the amount of 60 percent of the employee’s monthly salary.
