An assistant professor in the Menninger Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Services at Baylor College of Medicine, Alton Bozeman, PsyD, serves as director of Outpatient Assessments. He also provides psychological, developmental and neuropsychological assessment of children, adolescents and adults, as well as individual therapy. Dr. Bozeman is noted for his expertise in neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism, ADHD and intellectual disability.
 
Prior to his arrival at Menninger, Dr. Bozeman served as a psychologist within The Harris Center’s (formally MHMRA) IDD division in Houston.
 
Dr. Bozeman earned his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
 
He completed a predoctoral internship in Pediatric Neuropsychology at University of Miami School of Medicine/Jackson Memorial Hospital and a postdoctoral fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychology at Canyon Lakes Residential Treatment Center in Lubbock, Texas.
 
He completed his predoctoral internship in pediatric neuropsychology at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami School of Medicine, in Miami, Florida and a postdoctoral fellowship in child and adolescent psychology at Canyon Lakes Residential Treatment Center in Lubbock, Texas.
