There's growing evidence that individuals with eating disorders are having increasing difficulty managing during the COVID-19 pandemic. News stories confirm it, and there are more calls to the hotline of the National Eating Disorders Association than before the pandemic hit.

 

According to Led Camille Soriano, a Menninger research assistant, and Kimberly George, RD, there are ways to maintain recovery from eating disorders even in the midst of such challenging circumstances.
