Jade Fields, LMSW, is an associate clinician with Menninger's Intensive Outpatient Program for Adolescents. Her special interests are helping teens with depression, anxiety, trauma and substance use.
After earning her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, she earned a master's degree in Social Work from Texas State University. Her post-graduate training included work at Communities In Schools and New Life Children's Center - Adolescent Inpatient.
Jade says she finds immense fulfillment in guiding individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery and that her passion for therapy stems from a belief in the transformative power of empathy, understanding and connection. At Menninger, she enjoys collaborating with a talented team and utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients.
In her spare time, she loves hiking in the great outdoors while enjoying sweet mangos, spending quality time with her dog Benji, discovering new restaurants, indulging in self-care and vibing to R&B music.
