A licensed professional counselor-supervisor who works on the Menninger 360 for Adolescents community integration program, Brenda Lazorwitz Taylor, LPC-S, has additional training in dialectical behavior therapy, radically open-dialectical behavior therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). She also serves as associate director of the Social Work Internship at Menninger.
She is a member of the EMDR International Association.
Lazorwitz Taylor earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and her master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
In her spare time, she loves cooking and traveling, as well as her two dogs, and is also an avid yogi.
