Kate Vilutis, LCSW, is a social worker with Menninger 360, our home-based community integration program.
A member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Houston Group Psychotherapy Society, her special interests include personality disorders, perinatal mental health and anxiety.
She has given presentations on such topics as body positivity, mindful parenting and shame and resilience in family systems.
Kate earned her bachelor's degrees in Math and Psychology from Washington and Lee University and her master's degree in Social Work from the University of Houston Graduate School of Social Work. She completed a Social Work Internship and Social Work Fellowship at The Menninger Clinic.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys reading psychological thrillers and historical fiction, thinks dessert should be a part of every meal and relaxes by watching all things Bravo or having solo dance parties to the great divas of the 1980s/90s.
