Noll serves as The Menninger Clinic's chief financial officer. He is responsible for The Clinic’s Finance, Revenue Cycle and Health Information Management Systems departments. In addition, Noll has responsibility for managing our Foundation’s endowment and staffing the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board and the Investment Committee of the Foundation Board.
He has 35 years of experience in the health and behavioral health care market, including 20 years at Rogers Behavioral Health System in Wisconsin. Most recently, Noll was chief financial officer and treasurer at the Sheppard Pratt Health System, where he was responsible for the Finance, Patient Accounting, Plant Operations, Health Information, Information Systems, Security, Telecommunications and Contract Management departments.
Noll began his health care career at a New London, Wisconsin, community hospital, whose financial metrics helped it gain recognition among the Top 100 U.S. Community Hospitals. His career highlights also include the founding of his own healthcare consulting firm, which specialized in community hospitals and behavioral health systems.
He earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and Investments from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and his master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh.
