Demori Driver, PA-C, MPH, LMSW

Demori Driver, PA-C, MPH, LMSW, is a physician assistant on our Internal Medicine team.

 

Before becoming a physician assistant, she worked in education as an early childhood teacher in El Paso and then as a licensed social worker who worked with children, adolescents and adults as well as in program development and research.

 

Driver is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Texas Association of Physician Assistants and the Texas Gulf Coast Physician Assistant Association.

 

She earned bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from St. Mary's University in San Antonio; she graduated summa cum laude. She also earned three master's degrees: one in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, one in Social Work from the University of Houston and one in Public Health from the University of Texas School of Public Health.

 

In her free time, Driver enjoys reading, distance running, yoga, spending time outdoors hiking and camping, baking and keeping up with her three school-aged children.
