Danielle Stillman, LCSW, LCDC, is an associate addictions counselor on Menninger's Adolescent Treatment Program.

 

Her areas of interest include working with adolescents and young adults, substance use, religious abuse and trauma, and body image.
 
Danielle also writes for Mind Matters from Menninger, our blog on PsychologyToday.com.

 

She earned her bachelor's degree in English from the University of St. Thomas and her master's degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and Substance Use from the University of Texas at Arlington.

 

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys doing fiber arts like cross stitch, needlepoint, knitting, and quilting. She also enjoys growing plants, especially fruit trees and spring bulbs.
