Compass Young Adult Program
Number of beds & staffing
The Compass Treatment Program has 24 beds.
Flynn O'Malley, PhD, directs approximately 28 mental health professionals. Each patient is assigned a treatment team led by a primary clinician. The team also consists of a psychiatrist, rehabilitation specialist, substance abuse/addictions counselor and nursing staff members. Other clinical staff are available to join the team to help meet the specific clinical needs of each patient, when needed.
The Compass treatment team is highly experienced in providing psychiatric care and treatment for substance abuse and addictions.
